These keystones are the guiding principles that have been at the heart of Highland Park’s production process since the distillery was founded in 1798: hand-turned floor malting; locally sourced aromatic peat; sherry seasoned oak casks; cool maturation; cask harmonisation. Only 1,200 bottled of each were made available.
